Healthy eating, your best choice for a healthy life

2.-Tony is very disapponited. Why? Bacause he can't be in the school fotbal team.
Wat's his problem and how can he solve it? He need's more exercice and eat properly.

The body gets the fuel from nutrients, and nutrients are in food and drink.

Is your diet healty?

Ok, in general yes, but i don't like some vegetables and some fruit, but it's necessary for a healthy body, i like pasta, paella and other but the vegetables and fruit is essential.

Paella

Paella
An authentic seafood and chicken paella that boasts some of Spain’s finest ingredients, from calasparra rice to chorizo.

Ingredients

  • 170g/6oz chorizo, cut into thin slices
  • 110g/4oz pancetta, cut into small dice
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 large Spanish onion, finely diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp soft thyme leaves
  • ¼ tsp dried red chilli flakes
  • 570ml/1pint calasparra (Spanish short-grain) rice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 125ml/4fl oz dry white wine
  • 1.2 litres/2 pints chicken stock, heated with ¼ tsp saffron strands
  • 8 chicken thighs, each chopped in half and browned
  • 18 small clams, cleaned
  • 110g/4oz fresh or frozen peas
  • 4 large tomatoes, de-seeded and diced
  • 125ml/4fl oz good olive oil
  • 1 head garlic, cloves separated and peeled
  • 12 jumbo raw prawns, in shells
  • 450g/1lb squid, cleaned and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 5 tbsp chopped flatleaf parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation method

  1. Heat half the olive oil in a paella dish or heavy-based saucepan. Add the chorizo and pancetta and fry until crisp. Add the garlic, onion and pepper and heat until softened. Add the thyme, chilli flakes and calasparra rice, and stir until all the grains of rice are nicely coated and glossy. Now add the paprika and dry white wine and when it is bubbling, pour in the hot chicken stock, add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Now place the clams into the dish with the join facing down so that the edges open outwards. Sprinkle in the peas and chopped tomatoes and continue to cook gently for another 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil with the garlic cloves in a separate pan and add the prawns. Fry quickly for a minute or two then add them to the paella. Now do the same with the squid and add them to the paella too.
  4. Scatter the chopped parsley over the paella and serve immediately.

The British Royal family

A British royal wedding* to remember

Prince William and Kate Middleton met in 2001. Now ten years later, on 29 April, the British public Will finally get their royal wedding*...


Prince William

The British have always loved Prince William. His mother, Princess Diana, was adored by the public. she died was adored by the public. She died in 1997. Many people think that William should be the next king of the United should be the next king of the United kingdom, not his father, Prince Charles.

Kate Middelton


Royals normally marry* nobility. But Kate Middelton is an exception. Kate is from a rich family, but they are not royalty. Some of her ancestors were poor miners and her mother was an air hostess. The British think it is incredible that a "commoner" will marry the future king of the UK.

The Royal Wedding*


William asked Kate to marry* him in November 2010 when they were on holiday in Africa.
He gave Kate a sapphire engagement* ring which belonged* to his mother, Diana, Princess of Wales. "The ring is special to me," says William. The Brithish public love Kate and want a fairytale* princess. It's a lot of pressure and responsibility for her. William's grandmother, the Queen, is "delighted*" about the wedding.

The British Royal Family are the direct relatives of the monarch in the UK and are known to appeal to the Royal Family. The Queen:

Her birthday is officially celebrated in Britain on the second Saturday of June each year. The day is referred to as “the Trooping of the Colour”, the official name is “the Queen’s Birthday Parade”.
She's supported in her official duties by other working members of the Royal Family who carry out a wide range of public engagements. The Queen has taken part in many things such as charities.

Laura: It was OK. I bougth a new game. i played it all weekend.
Marta: You played a video game all weekend?

Marta: We went to the much.

King Arthur

Legend

Pere Jonqueres d'Oriola

Pere Jonqueres d'Oeiola. He was bron on 1 th February 1920 in Cornellà del Bercol.
He won his first competition at age of 12, in 1932. He competes for France.
Jonqueres was proclaimed Olympic champion twice, in 1952, riding the horse Ali Baba, and Tokyo in 1964 in 1964, riding Lutteur B. In te same competition he won silver medal in tem jumping.
